Carter Surveying & Construction Services, LLC was established in 2021 by Nick Carter.  Nick is the owner of the company and is a graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering (2003).  Nick also obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying and Geomatics from Great Basin College in Nevada (2007).  

Nick began surveying in 2000 and has worked on numerous projects across the country.  He returned to Iowa in 2009 and has been licensed as an Engineer and Land Surveyor in the state of Iowa since 2012 (License 20757).  Projects include the Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge over the CO River, Page Avenue Extension bridge over the MO River, I-170/270 Interchange in St Louis, MO, Transportation Expansion (TREX) project in Denver, CO, and an exhaustive list of surveys in Nevada and Iowa consisting of boundary, topographic, ROW, Easement, ALTA, Subdivision and other surveys.
